The Family Model Residential Support Service provides residential services for adults with physical, intellectual, or developmental disabilities in a caring home environment.

Meritan’s staff seeks to ensure quality and compassionate care for each person living in a family model home. We provide our families with excellent training and a case manager who cares deeply about their well-being.
